Nursing came naturally to me, as I’ve always been attentive to the needs of those around me. My interest in anesthesia was sparked while working in the ICU, where I interacted with nurse anesthetists during postoperative handoffs. I was drawn to their intuition, attention to detail, poise, and autonomous practice.
As a CRNA, I value the ability to focus on one patient at a time, using critical thinking to provide safe, individualized care while working as part of a collaborative team. I consider it a privilege to advocate for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Having grown up in the Fox Valley, I’m honored to serve the community I call home – one patient at a time.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our pets, playing sports with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. We even had ducks at one point, and I hope to have a small hobby farm someday.
