Nursing was a second career calling. I have always wanted to help others. After 10 plus years in the field I was ready for a new challenge that still allowed me to build trust and positive rapport with patients and their families. As a CRNA, this continues to allow for these positive interactions, along with the opportunity to collaborate with the medical team in providing care for patients and their families. This career provides the opportunity to continue doing something I love while maintaining autonomy, utilizing critical thinking skills, and continuously immersing myself towards lifelong learning and education through advances in anesthesia/healthcare methodologies, techniques, technology, and practices.
I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. In my free time I enjoy outdoor golfing, tennis/pickle ball, sports, biking, attending sporting events, traveling, movies and good food.
